October Update.

Another great month here at LOUD APPAREL. We kicked things off by donating clothes to the Kid's Company's Gladrags and Handbags charity auction. The charity helps vulnerable children so it was a great thing to be part of, and they definitely deserve your support.

Our friends at Smudgetikka put together a great shoot using bubbles, which featured one of our sweaters. You can see the results here. The styling from this shoot was by Grace Lott, who is currently working on another shoot featuring our clothes, so keep your eyes peeled for that! 

Of course, the biggest date of October is Halloween. While we were busy sorting out our costumes, Italian blogger Ma Come Lo Vesto featured us in her favourite Halloween items of clothing, choosing our FLORA long sleeved teeshirt. You can check that out here.

One of our favourite bloggers Il Mondo Di Ingrid included us in her 'seven styles for seven girls'. LOUD APPAREL are recognised as the best minimal look. She has also taken this cool picture of our FILIPPA teeshrt.

Finally, we can now be found on the Lil Stylers app. The app is designed so parents can share great outfits and get inspiration for new looks for their kids. You can check that out here.

August and September Update

Sorry for the lack of updates but things have been hectic once again here in the LOUD APPAREL office. Our AW13 collection has been sent out to stores now: you can see photos of the collection and a list of retailers on our Facebook here. 

Mama' Modena have been getting creative with their styling of our collection. Pictured below is our FINO Hat and FANNY Oversize Top.

Some of our items have been featured in a photo shoot for Papier Mache Magazine. Papier Mache is an Australian based magazine featuring the best in style, design and other fields, and it is a great honour for us to be included. The magazine is available from the online store.

Blog Kiddy Trend highlighted our FRANK Sweater as "graphically simple but effective" in a post on their site. The sweater is proving very popular, and is available is grey and black.

 

Luxe TV have made a cool slideshow which shows the best of our new collection. You can check that out here.

And finally, it seems that our signature monochrome look is catching on. Girls Talk To Boys produced an article on their favourite items in grey and LOUD APPAREL is featured. You can check that out here.

July Update

Another busy month here at LOUD APPAREL. Having headed to the Bubble trade show here in London in June, we headed across the channel this month to Playtime Paris.

As you can see, the stand looked great and we certainly made an impression. Italian bloggers Villekulla Small Design featured us in their Playtime Best Of post, with us as joint recipients of their 'Best Fashion Design' award. This was a big honour for us, and you can see the rest of their post here.

Our new collection has also been featured on Ma Come Lo Vesto? which has praised our "creativity and craftsmanship". This blog has been a supporter of our brand before and so we are glad that the new collection has been well received. You can find that review here.

Meanwhile our fans have spread as far as Brazil, where Bloguinho have also written about our upcoming AW13 collection. Their piece claims that LOUD APPAREL has the potential to be"one of the most desired brands of the children's market", which is high praise indeed. Things are certainly looking positive for our next collection. You can see the full article here.

June Update

Hey guys! Another busy month here at LOUD HQ, with plenty to tell you about. First of all, we will be heading to the lovely city of Paris next week for our second trade show of the year Playtime! This should be an exciting opportunity to show off our unique style to people from all over the world, so if you are attending please come and say hello.

We have already attended Bubble London a few weeks ago as well, so keep watching this space for exclusive pictures from both events.

On the subject of Bubble, the bloggers were out in force to see the best and brightest of kidswear design in the UK. We were singled out as one of Circus PR's favourites on their Bubble round up. The image featured is a hat from our forthcoming SS14 collection. Girls Talk To Boys blog also included us in their round up, praising our "interesting shapes" as a feature that makes LOUD APPAREL stand out. You can read that article here. 

In other news, children's wear trend website Dashin Fashion has featured us. The article shows off our spectacular SS14 collection, which features LOUD APPAREL's signature monochrome look with a hint of royal blue to give it a twist. This is just a sneak peak at the moment but you can see what we are working on here.

Bubble and Playtime

Hey guys, we have two trade shows coming up in the next two months. This month we will be heading to Bubble here in London, and in July we will be heading to Paris for Playtime. First of all we are very excited to have been featured in Kid's Wear Department's blog, where hey have given us a profile explaining what Loud Apparel is about as a brand. You can see the site here.

We have also been featured in Dashin Fashion, an online kids wear magazine. Dashin Fashion is a site with which has all the hottest news and brands from the world of children's wear, so we are proud to have been featured. We are singled out as "not to be missed", which is high praise indeed. You an see our page here

Polish website Hipkiddo has published a review of our latest collection. The site was formed by two dads who only show what they define as "cool stuff" so it is great to be recognised for our "sophisticated inspirations". 

Finally, we will be displaying our SS14 collection at two upcoming trade shows. First of, in June we will be heading to Bubble London here in our hometown. Here is what we have from the hot weather of Australia!

Moments | Playtime

More soaring temperatures in Melbourne, and more chance to be out and about getting your playtime in. We opted for a lovely nature playground in the late afternoon on Saturday where we could let the kids run loose and get some playing in. The big people found some nice shade and had time to just enjoy a cup of coffee and have a moment to just look the kids and trying to figure out what they were playing. It is amazing just how much imagination that a child has. They were everything from rally car drivers, to two squirrels stuck in quick sand, to jumping frogs, to monsters... and the role play continued from there... 

M had the chance to try out her new 10IS sneakers which she loved. She was so enamored with them that she insisted on taking them off when she went in the sand because she didn't wanted them to even get dirty (now that's the first!!). They also got to wear their matching LOUD Apparel tees which are so cool, one says: What looks like half a monster? and the other says: The other half!. So perfect for these two siblings :) Big thanks to LOUD apparel for sending them to us!

After all that play we packed up and headed to some good friends for a BBQ evening. They are Americans so they served up a mean menu of grilled corn on the cob, spareribs, salads and desserts... Needless to say we all stumbled straight into bed after that fun filled day. Phu! Summer is good!
